Our Work/Life Balance Retreat is our signature event and perhaps that is because the retreat embodies our mission, vision, and values all in one. We gather with our tribe to relax and reset, but to also gain invaluable tools to assist us on our journey to becoming our best WHOLE selves.
Grab your swag for the weekend and check-in to the resort. Head for some alone time in your room or catch up with some of the tribe members. This weekend is all about giving YOU what YOU need to reset and recharge!
Express yourself creatively along with your fellow tribe members. This activity is the perfect way to start a weekend of fun. Casual dinner and light snacks are included with this activity.
Start your morning with your choice of a morning walk up Stone Mountain (led by our fitness instructor), yoga in the balance lounge, or a massage. If none of this interests you, enjoy the resort's amenities! Afterwards, join the group for a bountiful brunch. We'll discuss the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries, self-care, and overall mental wellness. The panel will be led by top mental health professionals.
Work/Life Balance is different for every woman. During the afternoon, choose from one of three breakout sessions: Beauty and Wellness, The Parenting Balancing Act, or Planning, Journaling, and Budgeting (a Blueprint for Balance). We know it will be hard to choose just one session to attend, but the breakout sessions are an opportunity to learn from experts and to bond with the tribe in a smaller and more intimate setting.
Our Pajama Party is Back! After an afternoon of relaxation on the resort, hop into your PJs and join the tribe for food, music, and girl talk. This year we'll be talking about more than love and sex, we're going deeper to touch topics that impact our lives as women.
Sleep in and before checking out of the resort, join us for Sisterhood Sunday. We'll be closing the retreat with our final tribe building activity of the weekend...a Southern Tea Party. Our tea is a final chance to reflect on what we have experienced and to build on the sisterhood we have forged throughout the weekend.
